Our varied events are designed to make you uncomfortable and to challenge you, often  physically and sometimes mentally and emotionally.

To change the world around you, you might have to start by changing yourself a little and that change is best achieved as part of a movement of like minded people. Our half day events introduce you to multiple physical disciplines, built around a communal breakfast and engaging discussions on topics that will always get you thinking.  Our full day event takes you deep into well-being and leadership, whilst our dinner gatherings are more intimate and allow for discussion on a single topic.
